What to know about studs:Any quality engine stud must be made from a strong material, but the mostimportant reason studs are better than factory bolts is because they utilize astud/nut combo. Simple geometry andphysics principals dictate that this combination will always allow for moretorque and a tighter, stronger seal than a bolt by itself. Any stud that is made from the right steelmaterial will do the job, and there are several options to choose from. Regardless of what you may have heard, thestrongest and most suitable material for studs is Titanium. Testing proves without a doubt Ti is strongerthan Chromoly, and of course it is much lighter than chromoly. The 4135 alloy steel we use is commonly used for transmission gears, connecting rods, in aircraft, and several otherengine applications. Is it stronger thanChromoly? No. Is it more than strong and heat resistantenough to work perfectly in an ATV or side x side engine regardless ofcompression or horsepower? Absolutely. We are so sure of this we offer a lifetimereplacement warranty on all of our studs.Thats something youll never get anywhere else.

Stud Warranty: If for any reason a stud failsduring use (NOT INSTALLATION) we will send you a complete new stud kit. Warranty does not cover a stud breaking orstripping during installation. Warrantyapplies to stud kit only. No other partsnor any labor will be covered. Warranty cannot be converted to a refund or discount on any current or future order.
